We had an excellent experience at Flory Canela. This restaurant offers modern Peruvian cuisine, so it’s important not to expect traditional Peruvian dishes but rather creative reinterpretations—and they are truly amazing.
We tried the ceviche and the Nikkei tiradito, both fresh and full of flavor. The chicharrón and the asado were also outstanding, perfectly prepared and very satisfying. Desserts were equally impressive, a sweet finish to an already great meal.
The service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and very accommodating. They even prepared a special dish for our four-year-old, which we deeply appreciated.
The Pisco Sour was well made, and the restaurant offers an excellent selection of Pisco, which adds to the authentic experience.
Overall, Flory Canela delivers a modern take on Peruvian food that is both original and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking to discover an innovative side of Peruvian gastronomy with...
Read moreHallo, My boyfriend Made a reservation here wanting to have a Peruvian experience. Highlights are, starters and desserts. We asked for the ceviche and it was really good, it was with a lot of lemon and made me miss home, the toasted corn very good it really transmitted me Peruvian flavors. Desserts they jus had 2 in the moment we went Tiramisú su de lúcuma and pasión de la Selva if I am correct. That was one of the best tiramisus we had, and we love this dessert, so we hope they keep their quality and the other, was very creative, it was coriander ice cream with pisco (liquor) and some salt. I really liked. But the problem was the main dishes. We asked for chicharrón l, I just have big cubes of pork over potato and sweet potato poor cook. And the beef in a basically cumin sauce with rice. Prices were higher than 20 euros for these dishes so that was a bit disappointing. All in all the service was nice and nice food but I think it was a...
Read moreWe were excited to try this restaurant as we are from Peru, unfortunately it did not fully meet our expectations.
The waiters were very nice and polite, but the kitchen was slow we waited around 1 hour and a half for our orders. The ceviche was super good! But unfortunately the lomo saltado was not the proper one - the sause was super watery and the meat did not grab any of the delicious typical peruvian flavour of the traditional dish (you can see how pale it looks in the third pic) also the quantity was not great considering it was almost 30 euros.
As mentioned the waiters were great, they just need to improve...
