DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND FOR INDIAN FOOD!!!!
Okay, let's begin.. I'm writing this review because I'm pretty pissed with this place and bad food is cherry on top.
So me and my friend entered the place with a happy attitude to taste some good India food.. We saw this popptlal uncle t y p e winter /manager.. He WAS EXTREMELY RUDE FROM THE BEGINNING. We asked for a table for two.. and he squeezed us in at the corner seat near the entry door.. And we saw as other people arrived table for 2, he gave them good places to sit. I went to the washroom to check available places, there was some tables empty and not reserved. I checked.. moving forward with food..
This was the WORST FOOD I've ever eaten in my life... I'm not exaggerating.. I once ate 10 days old dal (hard times..) but even then I didn't got stomach ache and nausea.. Here THE DAL MAKHANI WAS OLD... it smelled BAD.. me and my friend, we both got sick after just tasting this dal.. Chawal (Rice) were old.. you know you can smell OLD FOOD RIGHT? Some rice looked dehydrated, as it gets after long time for refrigeration.. The PANEER gravy was salty.. like I guess they have some stock of salt from daandi march left with them.. (historical joke!)
Complimentary to the exit part, we exited the door.. and noticed the Side banner of this restaurant.. and they have vertical positioning of Om Symbol (๐๏ธ) - see photos.. it's really disrespectful to our culture.. please correct it.
God bless.. may karma take it's course on you for disrespectful behavior towards your guests.. (If shrap dena is still allowed, I still want to contribute one to the disrespectful guy.. โ๐ป)...

We visited Ginti for the first time and had high hopes. We ordered a non-veg thali, Manchurian, fried rice, and drinks. Importantly, we clearly stated that we do not eat lamb and requested that the thali exclude it. When the food arrived, I even double-checked with the server, who assured me it was as per our request.
Unfortunately, after serving it to my family and starting to eat, we discovered that the thali did contain lamb. When we called the server, his response was alarmingly casual. He simply said they would replace itโwithout any apology or urgency. They took all our plates and returned with just the chicken curry. We explained that we had already served the naan and other items from the thali, and now had nothing left to eat. Eventually, they brought back naan, but still with no real acknowledgment of the mistake or inconvenience caused.
Whatโs worse is the overall lack of professionalismโstaff arguing loudly in front of customers, no sense of hospitality, and no effort to make up for the error. One of the servers even said, โYou eat non-veg, right? So itโs okay even if it was lamb.โ That kind of dismissiveness is completely unacceptable.
To add to the frustration, the menu on Google is outdated. Prices at the restaurant are significantly higher, which adds to the feeling of being misled.
Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience. Poor service, careless mistakes, and an uncomfortable atmosphere made it impossible to enjoy our meal. I wouldnโt recommend this place if youโre looking for a respectful and family-friendly...
ย ย ย Read moreI recently had the displeasure of ordering from Ginti and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
First and foremost, the delivery time was abysmal. I understand that delays can happen, but waiting for over 90 minutes for a meal is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication from the restaurant regarding the delay only added to the frustration. It's incredibly frustrating to be hungry and eagerly awaiting your food, only to have to endure such an agonizingly long wait.
Adding insult to injury, the staff's attitude was appalling. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was met with rudeness and indifference. The person on the other end of the line seemed completely uninterested in my concerns and offered no apology or explanation. Such blatant disregard for customer service is unforgivable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. They were consistently rude, unhelpful, and showed no empathy for the inconvenience caused by their excessively delayed delivery. It's disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The tone of their responses and their overall attitude made me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer.
I would strongly advise against ordering from Ginti. The excruciatingly long delivery time, combined with the rude and unhelpful staff, has left me deeply dissatisfied. In a competitive market where customer experience is crucial, this restaurant fails miserably. There are plenty of other establishments that provide efficient service and treat their customers with respect. Save yourself the headache and choose a...
