My Kozet really impressed me! I decided to go for the adana kebab and wasn't disappointed. The dish was perfectly cooked, the meat was juicy, and the spices were well-balanced. A real highlight! I drank Ayran with it, which is particularly good here. It was creamy and fresh, not too salty, and paired perfectly with the meal. You could tell it was homemade. Ich war vor drei Tagen das erste Mal in diesem Dönerladen und war wirklich begeistert. Ich hatte einen Döner mit Kalbfleisch bestellt – super lecker! Das Brot war schön knusprig, das Fleisch gut gewürzt und die Portion insgesamt top. Geschmacklich war das wirklich überzeugend. Was mich allerdings etwas gewundert hat, war der Preis: Für zwei Getränke, einen Döner und eine Portion Pommes 20 Euro – das fand ich persönlich etwas hoch.

Heute war ich erneut dort, weil mir der erste Besuch geschmeckt hatte – trotz des etwas gehobenen Preises. Leider war mein zweiter Besuch weniger erfreulich. Kalbfleisch war nicht mehr verfügbar, stattdessen wurde mir eine Mischung aus Kalb und Hähnchen angeboten. Ich habe zugestimmt, war aber bereits im Vorfeld beim Blick auf die Karte erneut über die Preise gestolpert (z. B. 0,2 l Getränk für 3,60 Euro – aus meiner Sicht deutlich zu teuer).

Als der Döner kam, sah er zunächst in Ordnung aus, aber beim Reinbeißen musste ich feststellen, dass so gut wie kein Fleisch enthalten war. Ich habe das dem Servicemitarbeiter mitgeteilt – er war freundlich und hat mir sofort einen frischen Döner angeboten, der dann auch in Ordnung war.

Auch beim Getränk gab es eine kleine Verwirrung: Ich bekam ein 0,2 l Glasfläschchen, während andere Gäste Dosen mit 0,33 l bekamen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir dann auch eine Dose gebracht – das war sehr kulant.

Der Service war insgesamt freundlich und bemüht. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr kundenorientiert, hat sich entschuldigt und meinte sogar: „Der Kunde hat immer recht.“ Zum Abschluss gab es als kleine Wiedergutmachung in Form von Baklava – eine nette Geste.

Fazit: Geschmacklich beim ersten Besuch wirklich top, Service sehr freundlich – aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt für mich insgesamt leider nicht, vor allem nicht für einen...
