Wanted to buy some cookies. The label on the stand said “no self service!!!” but the employee still angrily pointed out that I should just take them and bring them to the counter. She charged me 3x the price on the label and when I pointed it out, she just mumbled something and pointed to the line behind me. When asked for a receipt she didn’t want to give me one so I didn’t want to pay. I didn’t take the cookies and just left the store. Terrible experience and will never step in one of their branches. Employees don’t even use gloves when handling the money and food....

12 handgemachte Brötchen bestellt vor Ort die sind schon teurer wie die von der Presse oder Maschine. Bekommen leider nur 8 handgemachte normale Brötchen und 4 biligere Brötchen leider teurer bezahlt . Es waren genug handgemachte Brötchen dort.

Und ja auf diese 1 von Personal muß man besser vor Ort tüte aufreisen und schauen was drin ist.

Alte Dame graue harre unfreundlich.

War selbst 17 Jahre Bäcker bis zur Krankheit daher rede ich nicht einfach scheiße.

Da ich den Fehler erst selbst nach der Arbeit um 20uhr 30 zu hause bemerkt habe kann man froh sein das ich die tüte nicht der person um die Ohren gehauen habe .

Falche 🐍 gehören nicht zu einer guten Bäckerei .

So vertreibt man wohl auf den neusten Wege Stammkunden die gut Geld da lassen und es ist nicht nur bei mir so .
