really poor Service, 15 euros for 1 Ayran a cup of tea. They forgot the food! and they lied that the food is burned! waste of money and time.

don't recommend it at all Now I have to add something , when you do business it's not only about money, I have been to other Turkish restaurants and the service I got there has not even been comparable.

When an order is mistaken you don't try to lie even more and push your customer to accept the order , you simply say out mistakes and change the order.

After this when you have forgotten the food for one hour and tell lies that you burnt the food you don't add more lies to your previous lies and say ahhhh you jus ordered with mistake.

The bread was really good, atmosphere also nice. But when I paid the bill, the waitress counted the money wrong. The meal costed 18€ (including 1€ tip), I gave her 100€ and she only gave me back 62€. I told her that the amount was wrong several times, but she insisted it was correct. The funny thing is, every time she pointed to the 2€ coin and said it is 20€. I felt like insulted and blackmailed and can’t believe it. Finally she checked the surveillance video and gave me back the rest 20€ (again I felt insulted, am I like a person who would cheat on just 20€? Kahvaltı için kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz. Mekâna kahvaltı için gittik ancak karşılaştığımız tutum oldukça hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Açık büfe diye sunulan şey sadece 10-12 çeşit meze tabağından ibaretti. Muhtemelen öğleden sonra kebapçı olarak hizmet verdikleri için “hazır yapılmışken sabah da sunalım” anlayışıyla hazırlanmıştı. Bir şey sorduğumuzda ise yardımseverlik yerine tersleyici bir tavırla karşılaştık. “Kaşar var mı?”, “Yumurta alabilir miyiz?” gibi sorulara sürekli “Ne varsa o” “açık büfe bu” “30 yıldır bu işi yapıyoruz” yanıtı verildi. Bu cevapların üslubu ise oldukça kaba ve ilgisizdi. Kendimizi bir kahvaltı mekânında değil, istenmeyen misafir sanki sokakta kalmışızda muhtaçmışız gibi hissettik ve kahvaltımızı yapamadan ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Bu olumsuz tavrı sergileyen orta yaşlı erkek personeldi. İşletme sahibi orada olsaydı, böyle bir davranışı muhtemelen hoş görmezdi.

Auf keinen Fall zum Frühstück zu empfehlen. Wir wollten hier frühstücken, aber das Verhalten des Personals war eine große Enttäuschung. Das sogenannte „offene Buffet“ bestand lediglich aus ein paar Vorspeisen – vermutlich, weil das Lokal mittags als Kebap-Restaurant weitergeführt wird und man die vorbereiteten Speisen einfach morgens mit anbietet. Als wir nach bestimmten Dingen gefragt haben, bekamen wir keine hilfsbereiten Antworten, sondern nur ein patziges „Was da ist, ist da“. Auf unsere höfliche Frage nach Käse oder Eiern wurde mehrmals genau so geantwortet – in einem sehr unhöflichen und gleichgültigen Ton. Wir fühlten uns nicht wie willkommene Gäste und haben das Lokal ohne zu frühstücken wieder verlassen. Die unfreundliche Haltung ging von einem männlichen Mitarbeiter aus.
