Mama’s Minimal — Restaurant in Dresden

Time to time I and a friend of mine try different cafes in Neustadt. My friend wanted to try out this cafe and we enjoyed our time there because of the nice service and atmosphere. We are ordered the All In menu to share which basically had 5 vine leaves, lentil noodle pot, vegetable kibbeh, muhammara, hummus, baba ghanoush, and Arabic bread. The amount of food was in All In menu was surprisingly good but the sourness was a bit much. The sourness time to time overshadowed the taste of other ingredients. If you’re lucky, you will be served by the nice guy who makes everything, including coffee, and brings you tea, wine, or food. If not, the other guy will always ignore you, and you can stay at the table while he looks at the phone. Oh! Don’t ask a specific question; he will not attend to you at all. He will not ask you if you want to drink or eat anything from the menu. The place was nearly empty. Maybe I wasn’t nice enough for that place; that’s the reason. Really nice place! The food was incredibly delicious, the person who welcomed us was very friendly, and the prices were very reasonable.
