TERRIBLE. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER. EAT ELSEWHERE We had dinner here and I honestly never felt so mistreated in a restaurant as I did here. I ordered a dish that had a picture and description right below. When the food arrived, the dish turned out to be something completely different. I told the waiter and he said that the food from the picture I wanted to order was actually in the following page (why would you ever think of creating a menu with a picture and a description and then the picture refers to another dish, I could never understand). Also, the dish I received was fried and neither me or my boyfriend can eat fried food (and the food description did not mentioned at all that the food was fried). We could not eat this food that they had mistakenly brought us so we sent it back without touching it. I kindly asked if I could have the food I intended to order and the waiter very rudely refused. When we received the bill (more like they came to pressure us to pay as soon as we finished the other food we ordered) the dish we did not touch was on the bill. I explained again to the waiter how misleading the menu had been and if he could take the item off the bill but he even more rudely refused. The food was also very average, nothing special at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. YOU CAN FIND WAY BETTER FOOD AND PEOPLE ELSEWHERE. Whoever is the manager of this restaurant should teach the personnel how to...

My friends and I visited Dresden for the first time and the experience at this restaurant ruined our trip. We waited one hour but still no food while the tables after us got food. Many others even almost finished their food. The old lady gave us two of 5 dishes we ordered. 3 minutes later, she took them back and gave to other table which was after us and only said ‘wrong table’ without any sorry. For the whole time, no sorry at all or care to tell us that pls wait or something. Many restaurants treated vietnamese worst because they know white people complain more in the same situation. Also, the way they prepared food looks unsanitary. Really awful 😣 We decided to leave and told them to calculate our drink bill. But no one was dare to come and talked. Look like they were scared or did not want to talk at all. After several days, I am still traumatized because of this. This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever gone to. BIG ALERT! Stay away from this restaurant if you want to keep your mood up. They treat their own race really bad.

Finally bit the bullet and tried this restaurant out after walking past it since it opened.. It looks awesome from the outside and inside is equally impressive. Unfortunately we chose to take our food away because of our small daughter not being in the right condition for eating out. Whilst waiting for the food I was impressed by the atmosphere inside and the food and etiquette looked really nice.. Our food was really not on the same level. I ordered the prawn starter thinking it would be something interesting.. it was just 3 prawns hidden in some batter with some sweet potato fries inside. No flavour. The spring rools were lovely, the summer rolls with prawns again lacking in flavour. Our mains were no different. Although my duck was tasty, the rest was really average. Oddly enough my partners tofu dish was with the same sauce as mine, but extremely salty. i couldn't eat it and felt bad for her. In the end, when you pay €50 for a takeaway meal for 2 it needs to be better. I think it's important to eat in house here to enjoy the optical element and service which was like I said earlier, top notch.
