Pho Xua - Viet Streetfood — Restaurant in Dresden

The service and atmosphere of the restaurant are totally good, the food however did not convince us. Everything was okay, but it was not as good and flavorful as other Vietnamese restaurants in Dresden. The broth of the Pho is relatively week and the meat more chewy. It was not bad and the prices are okay, but I would not recommend it. Also, we ordered a tea that came in a small pot, the tea leaves loosely in the pot. The cup was very cute but small so you needed to pour multiple times. By the time we finished the tea pot it had infused too long and got bitter as there was no option to...

Tasty but inauthentic cuisine, clean restaurant, reasonable price. Metered street parking available.

I have eaten Vietanamese cuisine across the U.S.A. and in Vietname. The cuisine here is tasty, but has been modified for the German palate.

The food was served hot and with good presentation. Service was quick and cordial. The seasoning was a bit unusual, the the dishes lack jalapeño peppers, and only choice of hot sauce on the table. The herb used were minimal / lacking.

Wir aßen an einem Sonntag gegen 13-14 Uhr zu Mittag. Wir hatten ein Miên trôn mit Rindfleisch für 9,50€. Dieses Essen war gut gewürzt ( europäisch) Ebenfalls bestellten wir eine Phō mit Rindfleisch 9,50€. Die Phō war sehr üppig, mehr Brühe als sämig. Der extra bereitgestellte Koriander machte die Phō zu einem asiatischen Erlebnis.

Zu trinken hatten wir leckere handmade Limonaden Limette Zitronengras 3,90 400ml ca. vielleicht mehr Limetten-Guaven- Limonade 3,90

Beide waren sehr lecker und mit Eis serviert.

Als Abschluss gab es einen Cà Phê Trung Nguyen, dieser war sehr stark und die Kondensmilch schön süß. Er wurde frisch serviert.

Fazit. Das Essen war super, es war keine Enttäuschung aber auch keine mega Sensation. Solide 4 Sterne
