It literally took 1 hour just for payment after I finish my eating. Just before I finish my food, another lady ordered 6 meals and the owner cooked it all by himself. I needed to just wait until he finished frying. And finally when I can pay he requires only cash. No card. I had to visit bank and back. It was huge waste of time for a traveller.

Plus what is really bad was he was smoking while my eating. And smoke from fried meals also bad. I had to inhale those harmful air during eating.

I want to ask. Isn't there No problem ot require only cash in Germany? In common sense, it is an activity to avoid paying tax. And it is illegal, it will get fine or punishment by government. Because while other business owners pay their tax and share their earnings with the society, those tax avoiders only enjoy social welfare without their obligation.

Pho bo was quite good for a Schnellrestaurant. Plenty of herbs, sprouts, etc. Exactly what I needed on a cold evening after not eating all day. 10,90€ for the pho-- pretty reasonable. Plenty of beef. All in all, not the best Vietnamese ever but quite nice for the location and being a Schnellrestaurant. Service was great. Whenever they weren't cooking they were cleaning the place top to bottom. Wie ich es kenne von Vietnamesen. Kleine Bude, wo besser ist wenn ihr nicht da sitzt, weil die Gerüchen durch die ganze Bude ziehen und in kleidung setzen und kein WC da ist. Bestellung nach "Nummerierung". Gegessen gebratene Nudeln, Pho Bo und gebratene Rollen. Pho Bo Brühe lecker, gemüse und Kräuter zu Pho Bo unpassend. Gebratene Nudeln nicht schlecht. Gebratene Rollen Katastrophen, trocken, zu lange gebraten, füllung na ja essbar. Aus jedem gericht ist es mehr oder weniger Glutamat zu schmecken, aber das entschpricht zu den preisen. Portion ist groß genug (teller), man wird von dem Essen satt. Fazit: Aus der Baustelle in der Pause etwas schnell zu Essen Ok, oder auf dem weg nach hause etwas schnell hollen auch OK.
