I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at Dean and David restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant.
To add to my dissatisfaction, the Chicken Avocado Bowl I ordered fell far below my expectations. The chicken was overcooked and dry, lacking any flavor or tenderness. The avocado was unripe and tasted underwhelming, as if it had been stored incorrectly. The overall presentation and quality of the dish left a lot to be desired.
Moreover, when I politely raised my concerns about the dish to the staff, they were dismissive and showed no willingness to address the issue or offer an alternative. Their lack of professionalism and indifference to my feedback only amplified my frustration.
I had hoped for a pleasant dining experience at Dean and David, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. The combination of terrible customer service and a disappointing Chicken Avocado Bowl left me thoroughly dissatisfied. First, I was able to pay with my card, but the payment machine seemed to not work. They asked me to pay in cash, and I checked my bank account where I saw that the amount had already been reserved. They assured me that the amount wouldn’t be charged from my account because the machine wasn’t working, so I paid in cash. However, two days later I discovered that the amount was still charged from my bank account, which meant I paid twice: once with my card and once in cash.
When I contacted the business, I was told that no cash transaction had been recorded, so clearly the lady is keeping the cash for herself, and they should investigate miss Tish . This was confusing, as I had both a receipt and proof of the reservation on my bank account. I recently had an unforgettable experience at Düsseldorf Airport, and I owe it all to Amej Tejus, who works at the Dean & David restaurant there. After enjoying a delicious wrap from Dean & David, I unknowingly left my laptop behind. To my surprise, Amej tracked me down through LinkedIn and informed me that I had left it behind. He took the initiative to drop off my laptop at the “Lost & Found” office and even provided me with the telephone number, making the entire process of recovering my laptop incredibly smooth.
Thanks to Amej’s exceptional customer service and attention to detail, I was able to retrieve my laptop easily. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a positive and memorable experience. I’m deeply grateful for Amej’s kindness and quick actions.
