I recently visited Shisha Bar Hashtag 13, and it was simply amazing! The staff is super friendly and experienced. If the shisha is scratching, they take care of it right away without needing to call someone over. The view is beautiful, and I really enjoyed the music.

Not recommended for internationals. Highly racist, disrespectful, pathetic and exhausting people at service. They didn't want me and my friends there. There was no manager to report this behavior. Bossy people at service. The place was reserved by me and somehow they didn't let us in and their reasons seemed absurd and highly discriminating. They let people go after us with ease and no questioning.
