We were a little cautious as most of the customers were German and had reservations. We were the opposite. Non German speaking and no reservations.

The food and service were top notch. We tried food that we hated in Frankfurt and loved here. Our waitress, Sofia, was so patient and explained everything to us. Her recommendations were top notch. We are so happy we came and can now say without a doubt that we had authentic German schnitzel made two different ways. The local wine was also fantastic.

Prinzipiell appetitliches Essen und eine sympathische Bedienung.

Ich habe viele Unverträglichkeiten. Die Kellnerin überbrachte mir die Nachricht aus der Küche, dass Schnitzel leider doch nicht ginge so wie bestellt ("nackt"), da alle schon in Mehl gewälzt.

Da war ich beruhigt und hatte den Eindruck, die Dame weiß wovon sie spricht und hat auch eine gute Kommunikation mit der Küche. Die Bratkartoffeln ("nur mit Salz und Pfeffer" bestellt) wollte ich dann auch sehr gern essen.

Nach 1/3 der Bratkartoffeln war mir übel und es fiel mir auf, dass etwas Grünes darin war. Auf Nachfrage, was das sein soll, sagte die Kellnerin, sie wisse eben auch nicht, was die in der Küche so machen.

Ich sagte, daß ist schlecht, das hätte sie mir gleich sagen können. Und ob sie weiß dass es mir nun ca die nächsten 2-4 Tage schlecht gehen wird? Ich wollte wissen, welches Produkt in der Küche verwendet wird (Geschmacksverstärker?) um zu wissen, wieviel Antihistaminika ich nehme um das Schlimmste auszubremsen.

Die Dame sagte mir aber dass die Küche schon von mir "genervt" sei und sie mir das nicht sagen wird.

Kein "tut mir leid" und keine Information.

Ich werde natürlich niemals wieder kommen und das Restaurant auch...
