My husband and I have been a few times at Poseidon and used to like their food and garden. So, we decided to bring also our parents visiting us in Erlangen to have a nice dinner together. I am very disappointed, because it was evident they didn't treat us as they do with locals. They completely forget about us and never came to our table to ask if we wanted to order something else or if everything was good, we needed to call them at the table to ask for the bill after a very long wait and they didn't even offer us ouzo, as they were doing with the other clients next to us. I mean we wanted to offer a special dinner to our family and make them discover the Greek food and atmosphere, but then we finished to regret our choice....

When you want to have nice Greek food this is you place to go. There are very nice service, who will take time to recommend you dishes when needed and very fast when need to. We often eat here and every-time we get a very personal and friendly experience. Poseidon is one of the best looking restaurants you could get in Erlangen. It also offers a nice open air area with a bar. They have a very nice variety of starters, which are perfekt to share. Our favorite dish here is Calamari with tomato rice.
