Breakfast was great, the staff is wonderful and very kind. Personally I never experienced such kind staff before in a hotel. Had to book a few extra days and was possible without any hassle and all my questions were answered.

The room I was in was quite comfortable and the shower is even better than at my own place. The bathroom also has a towel-warmer. Room also has a couch, TV, a phone and an alarm clock.

The WiFi is free which is great, but you'll have to sign in every hour by agreeing to their terms (Airfy Internet). The WiFi speeds depends on the time of the day where other people are making use of it as well.

While the WiFi speed mostly wasn't great (from 100KB/200KB to (rare) 2MB) I was very glad the WiFi is free and able to use messaging apps on your phone. And for the doubters, browsing/YouTube went just fine!

The WiFi routers on each floor are only located on 1 side of the building. If your room is on the other side, you may experience WiFi connection issues. Would have been nice if only hotel quests were able to use the internet. As it is now, anyone (even outsiders) can use the hotel's WiFi internet as long they are near the hotel which may break down the overal speed.

11/28/2021 was in Erlangen and came to settle in this hotel. the door was closed. through a call, the administrator said that you need to book a room via the Internet and then you can check in. that's exactly what I did.after that, the administrator asked to provide her with a vaccination document. I sent her it but no one was going to open the door for me and I was refused that this is not the certificate that she needed. I gave her one more certificate. in electronic form with qr-code. but again received a refusal. in the end I stayed on the street. 3 weeks after this situation, no one returned the money to me, and I decided to write in support of booking. they directed me to the receptionist.the administrator answered. that I didn’t fulfill the conditions and didn’t provide her with a document of vacancy, so she didn’t let me in and she won’t return the money, although I have a photo of the correspondence that I provided all the documents and these documents are valid, which confirmed the following hotels in which I stayed. this was my first day in germany. therefore I do not recommend that you stay at this hotel and give money to such...
