Cafe Extrablatt Essen an der Lichtburg — Restaurant in Essen

I came with my friends. the waitress only took the order for one person and turned and left. After that, my friend called us to order and she was very rude, she brought a drink and hit the table with all her might every drink she put down on the table. And she turned and left. 1 drink was still missing. we waved her to come, even though the garden was empty, she went around us. After that I went in and talked to another waiter who said that he would talk to her and that he would come to our table to take the order after 10 minutes she still didn't come to our table just laughing in our face. I went inside and talked to the manager of the shift and said that I will not pay for the drink that arrived incorrectly and the order was not complete and that the waitress is very unprofessional and unkind and that I am very disappointed. The shift leader tried to excuse the waitress, but no one solved the problem. While she was laughing in his face the whole time. After that we got up and left. I will certainly not come there again. The waitress had blond hair and was small. I do not recommend this cafe to anyone, because the service is 0 points. I'm really disappointed. Big story short 💥 I went today for drinking a virgin mojito, but one of the worst waiters gave me the wrong order. When i complained about his behaviour he was like he wanted to kill me😕 & when i asked about manager, he said he is the manager. But he is just a waiter there. Then he hit me & wanted to hit me more ans like wanted to kill me. Other waiters came, held him & forced me to go out. Then I called the police, who came after 30 minutes. When they understood the police were coming they all together made plan & then one Indian man show up & said he is the manager in front of the police. Their behaviour when the police came totally changed. But they are all together as a syndicate. But the police was so nice & made them to tell me sorry. I just come politely. But that man who hit me is totally psycho. I don’t know how to reach out to extra Blatt higher management but their behaviour today was another level of terrible. I will never go there again & do...

The drink we ordered was nothing like it, we simply ordered a black tea and it was nothing like black tea, the food were really in small portion. The pancake I’ve eaten was like eating a 3 small bread with bad chocolate sauce on it, the food was cold, this small portion of food me and my mother ordered took around more than 45 minutes. She ordered something else, however it didn’t come the way she asked the waitress, she asked for another meat rather than pig meat, they served her simply bread with lettuce and one small toast cheese. The place is full of trash and birds roaming around which can be quite bothersome when you’re eating. the waitresses were smiling a lot at least, however I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there if you want to have a nice, filling breakfast regardless, the bill was 20€ when we didn’t even...
