Temple Bar — Restaurant in Essen

This was the only open bar near my hotel, so I decided to walk over and check it out. At first, everything seemed OK, but after about one hour, apparently I was too old to be in the bar and was asked to leave. Total urig. Neben Guinness vom Fass gibt’s unter anderem auch belgisches Leffe aus der Flasche und eine illustre Auswahl an Spirituosen. Sehr fein. Supernettes und flottes Personal trägt zu absoluter Wohnzimmeratmosphäre bei. Alles ging total schnell obwohl es recht voll war und wir mit einer größeren Gruppe angetanzt sind. Fast automatisch wurde dann auch der Kicker angesteuert. Wirklich ein gelungener Abend. Vor lauter guter Laune habe ich beim Abschied leider die Jacke liegen gelassen… kurze Mail geschrieben und nach extrem schneller Antwort bei einer Mitarbeiterin abgeholt, die auch wieder superfreundlich war. Ich hätte die Jacke aber auch hängen lassen können, denn einen nächsten Besuch wird es absolut...

Bar, Pub muito bacana. Simples e de forma meio rústica com algumas mesas dentro e fora, ambiente agradável com som ambiente e atendimento muito bom. Algumas opções de cervejas, boas... mas senti falta de mais diversidade e principalmente cervejas mais fortes como I.P.A.s . O lugar não oferece refeição, apenas porção de amendoin, o que não diminui a nota, pois a ideia do Pub é para beber. A partir das 23hrs no subsolo inicia uma "mini balada" com DJ e a entrada custa 5Euros... ja o bar não cobra entrada. A nota 4 estrelas dei por não ter mais variedade de cervejas e IPAs, mas experimentei outras bem boas... Vale a visita. O local é bem próximo ao centro e de fácil acesso. Se pudesse dar 4.5...
