We had a wonderful lunch at Zum Schwanen in Füssen. Everything we tried was fresh, flavourful, and satisfying. The meal began with a hearty beef soup, followed by a delicious mushroom cake — beautifully presented with a refined mix of textures and flavours. It was easily the highlight of the meal!
