Not good food and terrible service! Don’t recommend!!! Avoid the delivering experience! I ordered yesterday with Uber-eats and it was supposed to come in 40 minutes but it just kept getting delayed for over than two hours! After 40 minutes of it been delayed from the original time it was supposed to already arrived I called the carrier to see where is he I thought he was the problem just to find out he’s also been waiting all this time at the restaurant because the food is not ready then he gave one of the workers on the phone and lady said it hasn’t been so long you ordered just 10 minutes ago so in return no miss I ordered 1.5 hours ago and her answer was oh right yes your food is ready and we pack it now. 20 minutes pass and the delivery guy is still in the restaurant- the lady leid no food was Ready. I’ve tried to cancel the order even though- but it wasn’t possible, I’ve tried to call the restaurant - they don’t answer. The food finally arrived after more than two hours that we were all tired starving and upset, we didn’t not enjoy the food at all- most of the food was left cause it was just not good food! I have ordered over Lieferando.de It was said that is will be delievered after 45 min, which is fine. However at 15 minites left the time was changed to 59 minutes. I have called the restaurant and they rudely told me that order has been given out and I should contact lieferando. Costumer service top notch.
