Service mind not available here. The staff was not friendly at all. She seems annoyed and upset. She didn't smile and wasn't amused that i need time a bit to choose the donut. Today was my first time at royal donut and i need time to look around. It was not easy to choose. The price isn't reasonable. You pay1,40€ extra for nutella filling but you get a very little amount of nutella. She gave me a ripped 5€ note for a change. I asked politely for a note that is not ripped. She said she doesn't have. I asked for coins instead. She said that she doesn't have even coins for a change too.... The donut was ok. Edible. It tastes not that great but not bad. Ill begin with the positive. The staff members were very very friendly and adviced us kindly about their donut sortiment. The store itself had a wonderful location and I've felt welcomed. Outside was a great place to sit, very comfortable. HOWEVER, I was disappointed about the very thing I was visiting for. The donuts themselves didnt taste good at all. Frankly, the donuts at Rewe taste better. The dough was dry. The icing tastes like nothing and the flavors are confusing. I ordered the cheesecake donut, which looked delicious, but tasted like a mixture of margarine and lemon. The chocolate donuts were barely sweet and a bit stale. Unfassbar respektlos! Der Verkäufer hat mir tatsächlich die Hand nahe meinem Gesicht gehalten so nach dem Motto „sei leise“.

Ich stand in der Schlange für den Dönerladen neben Royal Donuts. Die Schlange war so lang, dass sie bis vor sein Geschäft reichte. Allerdings habe ich bewusst darauf geachtet, nicht direkt vor dem Eingang zu stehen, sondern ein Stück weiter hinten, um den Zugang zu seinem Laden frei zu halten.

Trotzdem forderte er uns auf, weiterzugehen, was wir dann auch taten. Auf seine Anweisung hin standen wir schließlich auf der Straße, sodass die Schlange ein „L“ bildete und damit tatsächlich den Weg blockierte. An der Stelle, wo wir vorher standen, wurde jedoch niemand behindert, und der Eingang zu Royal Donuts war ebenfalls frei.

Doch damit nicht genug: Er meinte dann noch zu mir: „Ne, nicht da hin, einen Schritt weiter!“ und sah mich dabei provozierend und grinsend an. Als ich erwiderte: „Ja, ich bin ja schon dabei“, hielt er mir die Hand nahe ins Gesicht, als wolle er sagen: „Ach, sei ruhig.“ Offenbar war ich ihm nicht schnell genug, wir sprechen hier von gerade mal zwei Sekunden.

Zur Erinnerung: Es handelt sich um öffentlichen Bürgersteig, der nicht ihm gehört. Solange man niemanden behindert, darf man dort selbstverständlich stehen.

Das Verhalten war absolut unprofessionell, herablassend und frech. So behandelt man keine Stammkunden! Wer so mit Menschen umgeht, ist im Service-Job völlig fehl am Platz. Ich werde sicher nicht mehr wiederkommen und kann jedem nur dringend davon abraten, hier...
