La Culinaria im Theater — Restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

I was today for a first time with my friends in this restaurant. Everything looked fancy and nice but in the end it was the worse experience that I had in Freiburg. We came by accident and made bill from 100 Euros. I have ordered Black Tiger (Big) Garnelen (Schrimps) or Langostino in the menu with Olive Oil and garlic and I got Small Garnelen in tomato sauce, which were not well prepared. I gave the food immediately back and continued with the drinks. At the end I had to pay for the Schrimps that I gave back and were wrong served and when I asked the waiter why is that so, she sad because the chef said so and argued with me because they are serving the Schrimps like that, but writes different at the menu. How should I know that!? I´ve read the other comments also where the guests are not satisfied and the chef is always arguing with them and can not say just sorry we will be next time better....

I went there yesterday with my work colleague, and I have been living in different parts of Spain for more than 10 years, moved to Germany last year, i had my own tapas restaurant in Barcelona for 5 years, however the experience i had last night was amazing the waiters ohh god specially in Germany you don’t get that friendliness and positive vibe, you just don’t but in this restaurant they were so friendly and positive and i can go on and on about them young and beautiful people from Inside and outside, we only had croquetas and calamares but all fresh and delicious! The only question i asked myself was why didnt i go there before?? Thank you for making me feel this way and shoutout to the waiters, just a massive thank you ❤️cant wait to get back !! And i don’t write reviews very rare i do, but this place touched my heart!!...

Excellent, I went with a friend to try the new place and met all our expectations. We sat at the bar and began to try the different cocktails they offered, Romeo and Juliet is wonderful and also the West Side Story. It took us a while to decide what to eat and in the end we both tried the risottos, one with shrimp and one with mushrooms. It took a little while to arrive but when it arrived it was worth the wait, an incredible mix of flavors. We didn’t have more room for dessert, so we will return to try that. I must emphasized that the service is very friendly, always with a smile and willing to give us some advice with the menu an excellent...
