KONZERTHAUS Freiburg

As a convention, conference and event location in the centre of one of Germany’s cities offering the highest quality of life, the Kongresszentrum Konzerthaus Freiburg enjoys special status.

It is not, however, just concerts that cause people to stream in droves into one of the most compelling examples of modern architecture: Since first opening in 1996, more than 6,000 events have been staged here. For the most part, these events have been conventions, meetings, annual general meetings, workshops, as well as major social events such as for instance the annual Press Ball. Up until now, a total of more than 2.5 million guests have spent unforgettable hours and moments here, which will remain in their memories for a long time.

Wir durften im Oktober 2025 im Konzerthaus Freiburg zu Gast sein.

Zu dieser Zeit war ORSO, „Ortenauer Rock-Symphony-Ochestra“ im Konzerthaus zu Gast.

Wir kennen ORSO bereits von Berlin - hier hat das ORSO eine Zweigstelle.

Die Rock-Symphony-Nights Herbst 2025 in Freiburg war wieder einmal grandios.

Wir können das Konzerthaus weiterempfehlen - auch für Mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen sehr zu empfehlen aufgrund der Barrierefreiheit.

Es gibt genügend Behindertenparkplätze in der unmittelbaren großen Tiefgarage (diese teilt sich das Konzerthaus mit dem Bahnhof Freiburg und den umliegenden Hotels).

Für das leibliche Wohl im Konzerthaus ist ebenfalls bestens gesorgt - feine Köstlichkeiten zu fairen Preisen.

Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu finden.

Wer ein paar Tage länger bleiben möchte, der sieht sich noch Freiburg mit seinem Münster an, besucht allgemein den Hochschwarzwald und macht einen Ausflug zum Feldberg, Kaiserstuhl oder Schauinsland.

Der weltbekannte Europapark oder die Wasserwelt Rulantica in Rust ist rund 30 Minuten von Freiburg entfernt.

Geheimtipp:

Villingen-Schwenningen oder Titisee-Neustadt mit dem Schluchsee sind definitiv ebenfalls eine Reise wert.

Für Mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen ist der Schwarzwald allgemein sehr zu empfehlen - hier wurde in den letzten Jahren sehr viel in die Barrierefreiheit investiert.
