Uni Café — Restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

If you have some time to hang out, work in a more busy environment or want to grab a quick snack this is a great place. The staff is always friendly, the crowd is young and the salads are huge and delicious. After having tried many, my favorite is the Italian salad with parmesan shavings and panfried button mushrooms. Ich bin ganz neu in Freiburg und heute war ich allein in UC Café um was kleines und leckeres zu essen.

Eine Kellnerin ("Bed. N. 3", gemäß Kassenzettels) hat mich freundlich empfangen und ich habe eine große Portion Pommes und ein Bier bestellt.

Am Ende habe ich bei der Kellerin bezahlt und die Rechnung angefordert. Als Sie entdeckt hatte dass ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben hatte, hat Sie weder mich begrüßt noch sich bedankt noch eine Bestätigung über meine Anforderung des Kassenzettels gegeben, und Sie ist einfach weggegangen.

Ich habe zweimal noch die Rechnung, einmal einem Kellner und einmal der Kellnerin, angefordert, und beim zweiten Fall hat Sie unfreundlich gesagt dass ich sie vorher anfordern sollte (aber ich hatte die vorher angefordert!).

Am Ende nach circa 10 Minuten bringt sie die Rechnung und geht Sie weg ohne mich zu begrüßen.

So, das Essen und Trinken waren sehr gut (Kompliment zum Chef!) aber das Verhalten dieser Kellnerin war ganz unprofessionel bzw. UNA MERDA! Sie hat mich ganz unfreundlich behandelt weil ich Ihr kein Trinkgeld gegeben habe. ABER ich war NICHT verpflichtet Ihr Trinkgeld zu geben, insbesonders weil ich zurzeit noch keinen Job habe.

Obwohl Kellner wenig verdienen, gibt's keine valide Motivation für das Verhalten dieser Kellnerin, und ich glaube daß solche Leute sollten sogar nicht arbeiten zu können wenn sie kein Respekt für die Kunden, die Trinkgeld nicht bezahlen können, haben.

Bestimmt werde ich UC Café nicht...
