'For packages there is the Post, you don't need to come here.' This was the "good bye" we received from the owner after dropping off a couple of packages without buying anything. Mind you, we have indeed shopped there before, but he clearly didn't remember, since he rudely asked where we were from, and why we 'are from latinamerica and only come to leave packages'. This after insisting 2 times that he had more products downstairs, and looking annoyed about us not wanting to browse the store. Why is this a DHL-shop if the owner feels so aggravated about having to deal with packages?

In any case, the message was clear, and in the future we'll use the Post to send packages, and any other store except this one to buy...

I don't think I've ever met such a rude seller in my entire life. The first time I came here, I was new in town and was browsing stores and I remember he was rude, cause he didn't like that I didn't have anything specific in mind to buy... So I didn't buy anything and left. But now I needed to drop a dpd package and there aren't that many dpd options in town... He clearly doesn't like people dropping off packages, he treated me with such disrespect that I could feel as if his whole purpose in life is to be rude to costumers, it's like he was digging for excuses to say rude things. And as I've read in the comments, not even 4 years of bad reviews...
