Bungalow 7 — Restaurant in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Weve been here twice. First time we just wanted a drink, second time we went for diner. When we arrived the first time for a drink they clearly told us they were booked completely full so we could only stay for around 1,5 hours, they asked us in a nice and friendly manner if that was okay. Which ofcourse it was. After our drink and a really nice and fun time, we deciced to make a reservation for 2 days in advance. When we arrived 2 days later, the sweet girl behind the bar seemed to remember us which was really nice and ofcourse made a really good impression on us. The food was wonderfull, the service was fantastic and their Hot sauce is amazing. In short it was a wonderfull experience and we would recommend the Bungalow 7 to everybody who wants a nice plate full of wonderfull food and a cozy livingroom vibe from the people behind the bar. The food was alright but the service and atmosphere was horrendous. It started with me and my girlfriend walking in and asked for a table. The bartender said we are “very funny people” for not having a reservation, even though we were sat right away. I’ve never been asked to make a reservation for a simple bar/burger joint.

Then this food runner girl was incredibly rude because I didn’t move out of her way quick enough apparently. We received no service after she was openly talking about me to other servers. No one came to our table afterwards for half an hour and I was forced to go to the bar to pay.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever experienced. They gave Garmish a bad name, and it was very unfortunate. Not only am I never coming back to the restaurant, but being that this was my only experience at garmish, I will never be returning to garmish either. Mittenwalde was a much...

We met with two friends returning from our holidays in Italy at Bungalow 7. The waitress was very friendly. She immediately brought some pillows for the chairs. During the order she was very helpful by combining different things.

And now to the beef... We ordered three burgers and one plate of fish and chips. I took the french fries with garlic and parmesan. May sound strange, but man, give it a try! The burgers itself were fantastic. The meat was tasty and juicy. Both types of meat: Chicken and beef. The fish was also great. They additionally have nice beverages like Bundaberg. Cool!

The pricing is quite fair for a tourist town. Credit cards are accepted.

The location is really friendly and cool. The waitress and the boss treated us like we were regular customers. We felt extremely welcomed. Keep on going like this! Thank you very much. See you next time!
