Mike's Pizza Garmisch-Partenkirchen — Restaurant in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Just tried Mike's for the first time. The reviews seemed to be mixed so I wasn't sure how good or bad they would be. The website was very clear and I liked the fact that I could order other toppings besides what was already on the pizza (some places here act like you're asking for the moon when I do that). I called and ordered a large pizza. The woman told me it would be cheaper if I ordered two small pizzas (I appreciated that). The pizza was ready in ten minutes so I don't understand that some reviewers complained about how long it took to get their order. As for the pizza itself, I thought it was about the best I've had here, and I've tried just about every place in town, even the "authentic" Italian places with the stone ovens. My wife loved it, and she hated every place before. It was also by far the cheapest I've paid here. The service was fast and friendly. I went to Trastavere one time and they expected me to give them a tip for a pick-up order. The toppings were spread throughout the pizza (many places here separate the toppings - never saw that before, not even in Italy). Bottom line - great experience, great pizza,...

Hier gibts wirklich nicht viele Sachen bei denen man bestellen könnte, aber bei Mikes Pizza war das jetzt schon das 2te Mal die reinste Zumutung! 2 Stunden hat das Essen gebraucht und dann hat auch noch etwas gefehlt. Ich hab jeweils nach einer Stunde, anderthalb Stunden und zwei Stunden angerufen, wo denn mein Essen sei und wurde nur abgewimmelt mit "Sonntag viel los" kein Entschuldigung nichts. Jedes Mal wird einem am Telefon gesagt "Der Fahrer sei bereits unterwegs" ich wohne nicht einmal 10 Minuten entfernt! Der Burger kam dann lauwarm an, was mir sagt dass der Fahrer NICHT unterwegs war! Wirklich eine Frechheit sowas und anstatt irgendwas extra dazu zu legen oder irgendeinen Rabatt zu gewähren, wird auch noch etwas gar nicht mit geliefert für das man bezahlt hat. Geht GAR nicht ! Kann jedem nur abraten hier zu bestellen. 0 Sterne kann man leider nicht geben, deswegen...

One of the only places that was open when we had arrived to the small town. We were extremely hungry so were impressed by the extremely fast delivery. The service was great, and the food is decently priced and not bad. Definitely preferred the pizza over the pasta, but overall not bad...
