MiMi - Sushi & Asia Cuisine — Restaurant in Halle (Saale)

After a day trip exploring Halle, we were looking for a place to recharge—and this restaurant caught our attention thanks to its glowing reviews. We decided to stop in for a proper lunch, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

Everything here just works: the service is warm and attentive without being overbearing, the interior is both cozy and tastefully styled, and the food? Simply outstanding.

We started with the Tom Kha soup, which was full of depth and flavor, and shared a portion of fresh summer rolls that were delicate and well-balanced. My main dish—Udon noodles with chicken—was perfectly executed, full of umami, and just the right portion. My partner’s tofu dish was equally satisfying, with great textures and a lovely sauce to tie everything together.

To round things off, we shared sesame balls for dessert—crispy on the outside, soft and fragrant on the inside. A great finish.

The value for money here is absolutely on point, and the location is also super convenient—easy to reach no matter where you park.

If you’re in Halle and have even a hint of a craving for Asian cuisine, this place should be high on your list....

A relatively new place in the city centre of Halle. We did an online reservation for 4 persons on Wednesday for Sunday lunch time. All worked out pretty well and we received a confirmation. On Sunday all was set and we were seated straight away after our arrival. The waitress was very polite and brought us menu cards quickly. We went for a bottle of dry white wine from Saale Instrut region - Dr. Zenzen - Riesling dry, selection of sushi, 67. Secrets of the sea, 51 peaceful lonely island. The food was brought without any unnecessary delays and was awesome! We have enjoyed every piece of it, folks very well done. Conclusion: definitely worth to visit and try, great service, excellent food, cozy ambiente, payment by card possible, clean restrooms, children friendly - highly recommended Thank you & we will definitely...

Lovely - but…. No wifi? How is this possible are u aware that people from other countries needs to write reviews or post on whatever - this is for some people, not all people, very important. It should be a very simple thing to offer in 2022 wé´re not in the 90ś here ? ….. The food and all the rest was top class -toilets clean too - 1 star lost for wifi so if it is not a problem then this would be 5 stars. I had the burger thing - really tasty - would love to order the exact same thing but with a tuna steak in the middle ;) would be a cool option too! But it was unbelievably tasty …. Also Mocktails thank god there is choice now if you dońt feel like alc. before it was just coke or sprite or fanta…...
