2️⃣/🔟 Unfortunately, my visit here really disappointed me. We had booked a table for 5 people for 8 p.m. and had to wait outside in the cold until 9 p.m. until we even got a table. There was absolutely nothing you could do with the menu card, although the card looked pretty unpleasant because it was printed on cardboard. I ordered coconut soup and number 25 (something with duck). The soup was okay, unfortunately it wasn't fun to eat because I clearly said "no chicken and mushrooms please" and still got a soup with chicken and mushrooms. Then the main menu came pretty quickly and I was extremely disappointed, everything tasted like lemongrass, even though I clearly said no lemongrass, and the duck was mushy and not even remotely cooked through. I was allowed to let the food go back, but we still had to pay, and no apology or compensation was even mentioned. Beer and cola were fine. ➡️Conclusion: Absolutely no attention is paid to the guest's wishes here and with such a bottomless price-performance ratio you should do that. Really every dish tasted almost exclusively of lemongrass and for me it's not Viet style if everything tastes exactly the same! What's more, you assume that if you book a table for 8 PM, you'll get there straight away and won't have to wait another hour in the cold. As I said, I'm very disappointed! We left a total of €140 here and the money was more than wasted. Maybe you'll get another chance at some point, until then the rating will stay the same, if it gets better I'll change it. What a shame! See you next time. ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Been here twice. The first time was two years ago. I remember enjoying the food. The second time was today. I did not enjoy my meal today. Today, we ordered: •Pho w/ beef •Crispy duck in tamarind sauce •Ricepaper rolls w/ chicken I did not like the crispy duck and ricepaper rolls. The crispy duck was fried and crispy. Which was good. However, the sauce did not taste anything like tamarind. It tasted like cheap sweet & sour sauce. Which was bad. The ricepaper rolls were bland. They were only filled with 3 ingredients: chicken, iceberg lettuce and rice noodles. They may have tasted better if (a) the chicken was seasoned or (b) they had more veggies (like bean sprouts) and herbs (like mint). The ricepaper rolls were served with peanut sauce. The sauce was very thick. Not suitable for dipping. And, it did not have much flavour.

We came for the big veggie menu (although it was not clearly labeled what is actually vegan). The food was alright, my husband loved his rice dish and I liked my noodles with Seitan, though the wonton soup and the summer rolls were only mediocre. Biggest downfall for us was the service. We were greeted/served by 3 different people but none of them thought to offer us a child seat for our Baby. My husband even said, ‚they would surely offer us one if they had it, right?‘ So we assumed they did not have one but sure enough after our meal I saw it on the way to the bathroom. Our meal could have been much more enjoyable if we didn’t have to hold our baby when we ate. Big big no no on top of that was also that there was a nail sticking out of the side of the table on the side my baby and husband sat and he ripped his sweater picking something off the floor. This could seriously harm someone but when we made them aware it was just shrugged off with the words ‚it will be taken care of‘. No apologies or anything was done to make up for our broken clothes or inconvenience. We...

There's really an unfriendly staff. One staff was basically from when we were sitting outside, he was looking at me and my friends and laughing; was not that pleasant experience I would say. Well, I visited there today with some of my friends, and one of my friend actually ordered a food but which was not her expectation, she didn't see the menu carefully though but was asking really politely what's the name of the food and the unfriendly staff was answering with numbers, which we basically cannot know; since we 'do' see the description and name of menu instead of looking and remembering the number. And he reacted very rude way, just keep answering with the 'Number' of the food, and at the end he asked us 'Don't you even remember the number what you've ordered?' and just passed us away. Didn't say sorry for such a rude behaviour of course. The other staffs were very being friendly and professional though; but I would say, it was very unpleasant experience and wouldn't visit there again. So rude. I wonder basically where the good ratings...
