Had the worst experience of my life with this restaurant. Went there with some friends and we walked into the place, looking for a table to sit. We found one and then the so called 'boss / chef' walks up to us and tells us that we did not say 'hello' to him. Then he tells us it's our last time we can eat here since we used to go here every week, sometimes even twice a week. Strange customer service, even his employees don't like his attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

We ended up going to Burgerlich in Mockenburgstrasse and the service was much better there, more relaxed and fun!

If you're looking for authentic American diner food, look elsewhere. This is American-inspired German food. Wings are good, though small. The vegetarian patties are tasty, though the delicious kale one completely falls apart the moment you try to lift the burger. The milkshakes do not seem to have any icecream in them, they are extremely thin. The chilli cheese fries are fries topped with nacho cheese and pickled jalapenos, but no actual chilli. The corn is a very juicy corn-on-the-cob, which I loved. Fries are good, potato wedges are adequate but not seasoned the way I'd expect them to be in the US.
