Café Klatsch — Restaurant in Hamburg

The place looked interesting at first, but changed drastically very quickly. The drinks were very poor quality, with little floating stuff in the milk. And the coffee was the worst cappuccino I ever tasted. Looking at the menu first the prices seemed reasonable, but after asking for the bill he gave different prices, and even added cream to the bill which i didnt have or ordered. Had one of the nicest brunches here. This place perfectly grabs the vibe of a time gone by, of cafes before Instagram and Tiktok. There is great food, fast and dedicated service by the members of a family who have been doing this a long time.

The coffee preparation was perfect, unmatched by any of the hip new cafes with 'specialty coffees'. Delicious cheeses and spreads and good bread. Highly recommended to start a cozy day with a breakfast here before having to go out and deal with the 'pretentiousness'...

Staff are friendly. Nice environment with 2 toilets. The classic English breakfast was tasty. Cakes looked great. The omelette was made with feta cheese. It was nice at first.
