We had reservations, arrived on time and were seated. There was a large party already there of about 20 people and a few other tables occupied. Everyone left except the large party. We ordered our food and waited for approximately an hour and a half to get our food. We were told they had a big party so we had to wait. They should not have taken our reservation if they couldn’t handle serving more than one party at a time. During that time we had plenty of bread and that was the best part of the meal. When the food came out it was bland and mediocre. The albondigas were dry, , steak was small and no seasoning and overcooked, the pork was dry with a weird seasoning on it. The portions were extremely small, but we still left food on the table because it wasn’t worth eating. I read this on other reviews, but know that portions aren’t usually that big for tapas. Overpriced tapas of mediocre quality, but exceptionally bad service. After ordering, the kitchen took 50 minutes to prepare 5 small tapas. While other guests who came later were served, the service team did not even offer an apology for the delay. Pointing out the exceptionally long waiting time was dismissed with a shouldershrug. The quality of the tapas was basic, nothing fancy or surprising, the prices are not reasonable and therefore somewhat surprising. Not recommended. There are much better restaurants in Ottensen...

Leider ist das Restaurant nicht mehr das was es mal war.

Die Auswahl an Speisen sind weniger geworden und die Preise wurden kräftig angehoben. Dazu gleich mehr …

Wir hatten einen Tisch für vier. Meine Frau und ich waren früher da. Eine Servicekraft hat uns den Tisch zugewiesen und anschließend die Karten gebracht. Wir wollten jeweils zwei Minztee und eine Flasche Wasser bis unsere Gäste kommen. Nach zehn Minuten etwa sagte man uns, dass die Minze aus sei und man nur Bar zahlen kann. Okay dachte ich mir. Doof, aber was soll’s. Hätte man an die Tür oder sonst wo hinhängen können, aber nicht nachdem man bestellt hat. Stattdessen hingen die Valentinstags Menüs am Fenster. Heute ist der 16.2. Nun gut, wir hatten uns dann für eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Rosé entschieden.

Da wir die Zeit überbrücken wollten haben wir eine Käsevariation und Oliven bestellt.

Als dann die Bestellung kam habe ich meine Augen nicht getraut. 15 euro für die Käsevariation und 6 Euro für die Oliven( siehe Bilder) waren ein Witz. Für mich war es sofort klar, austrinken, bezahlen und gehen. Wir haben auf weitere Speisen sowie Getränke verzichtet, haben bezahlt und sind gegangen. Den Abend haben wir 3 Minuten Fußweg weiter in einem Restaurant verbracht.

Der Service sehr langsam und fehlender Empathie. Keine Schulung, das ist klar. Lang geredet kurzer Sinn, wir kommen ganz bestimmt nicht wieder. Die Preise vor Ort und im Internet stimmen auch...
