KFC — Restaurant in Hamburg

I went to this location twice in a span of almost two weeks. The first time I went the service was quick but the young man that took my order wasn’t the most pleasant I asked for a menu with six wings and I requested that all my wings were the flat side and he gave me what I asked for. The second time I went there I asked for the same thing and the same young man was going to prepare my order, when I told him that I would like all my wings flat he proceeded to tell me that he can not give me all flats all the time which was surprising to me because I know for a fact that that is not a KFC policy and I had only been there once before, so I failed to understand where this tone of I can’t always accommodate you was coming from. I just cancelled the order and left with no food, because I wasn’t about to stand there and beg for something minor that I had a right to ask for as a paying customer. Everyday I wonder why people work at places where they are clearly unhappy at , and I also wonder why some workers be having such nasty attitudes with customers that did...

Die Definition schlecht, benötigt eine neue Form der Definition, wie schlecht diese Filiale geführt wird. Angefangen bei den vereinzelten Mitarbeitern, der im warsten Sinne des Wortes eines stinktier sehr ähnelt. Nicht nur trägt dieser Mitarbeiter, die Fell-ähnliche Haarfriesur eines Stinktiers, mit angedeuteten Strähnen auf seinem kopf. Darüber hinaus; verfügt dieser Mitarbeiter ein Wortschatz, bei dem man(n) froh sein kann, dass die Bestellung funktioniert. Dieser Mitarbeiter verstand dass Prinzip des nachfüllen leider überhaupt nicht. Und meinen Kunden beleidigen zu müssen, aufgrund deren beschränkten Verständnis, der englischen und deutschen Sprache. Was prinzipiell nicht tragisch ist, wenn man diese Sprache nicht vollkommen beherrschen tut. Auf Nachfrage, was denn daran verkehrt wäre, seinen Becher nachfüllen zu wollen, wird man darauf verwiesen das Wort (refil) zu googlen, weil es nach seiner Beschreibung nur 2x nachfüllen bedeutet.Dieser Mitarbeiter, hat diesen einen Satz in 2 Sätze herunter gebrochen= re fil. Vor lauter Lachen, habe ich mich an meinem Speichel fast verschluckt und hatte somit meinen durst gestillt, weil ich es nicht fassen konnte, wie frech und ignorant zugleich man doch sein kann?!
