Le Crobag — Restaurant in Hamburg

On the 15th of July, I had a disappointing experience at this coffee shop. The lady who served me was quite rude. When she misunderstood my order for an iced vanilla macchiato and instead made a hot macchiato, she didn't remake it properly. Instead, she used leftover coffee from another cup in a different part of the kitchen and made an iced vanilla coffee that was very watery.

To make matters worse, she commented to her colleague in German that she had made me one. I was with my in-laws at the time and didn't want to cause a scene, so I pretended not to understand. This experience was quite upsetting and did not meet the standard of...

A very nice lunchtime sandwich, and an OK cup of coffee. I've had better coffee, but that's irrelevant. Who hasn't? The sandwich however was really good, like a dark rye french stick with a very generous and very fresh filling. I don't remember having a better random sandwich in a lunch bar, and consequently I will definitely go into this place again when I'm the neighbourhood, and will view other branches of Le Crobag very favourably....

I went there occasionally with my tour and the blond lady in the counter was rude and mean. Please don’t put the pepper next to the sugar and mill cos people who doesn’t speak German could be confused. I put pepper on my tea by error and they refused to change it, trying to force me to pay again. Definitely I won’t come...
