Totally unprofessional and, frankly, horrible dining out experience. I can accept a place having an off night, but if your whole operation is brought down by one colleague not making it to work then you need a massive rethink. Especially if you continue to cram the place as full as possible, making me a lot less sympathetic to your situation.
And I also don't think that explains a waitress so bad at and disinterested in her job that she eventually got substituted out for someone else, being just left sitting there on arrival for 15 minutes until someone finally turns up - but not to bring menus, only to ask if we have a reservation (no mate, the four of us just walked all the way through to the back of your restaurant and sat down uninvited, on a Friday night no less) - walking past our table multiple times and not clearing dirty plates away and then turning up with the main courses with those dirty plates still on the table (wow, where did those come from?!), bringing the wine half way through the meal and pouring it terribly, my friend having to ask multiple times for her drink to be brought ...
Simply nowhere near good enough, and yet the only thing that was offered in compensation was some words (earnestly meant, in fairness) - and then only when prompted by my question of whether it is always this stressful here.
And the final ignominy, being overcharged (didn't realise until later, and of course my responsibility - but was just desperate to get out of there by the end). Shouldn't happen, but in keeping with the rest of the evening.

Read moreGreat place to eat, good food, not large but enough and tasty food with nice presentation in nice plates. We were sit quick and the food arrived fairly quickly. I ordered Kubide with kabuli, we also ordered Tikka with Kabuli. Ashak on the side. The kababls come with rice and salad, all tasty and fresh. The meat is cooked well and not seasoned too much, so you may add your own salt and perhaps pepper. Ashak was mediocre, it may not be the food I go here for next time. Doogh was fresh and yummy and Kardomom tea was good. Suggestions: Bring and leave the tea in a tray, for many reasons! Try to stay with patrons and offer them help to decide. The table beside us clearly needed help and the kind server just gave them more time. This is authentic food and not everyone knows what to order. Have picture of your nicely presented food on your menue. Ask clients maybe a bit earlier how everything is. You have a great restaurant with great food and...
Read moreWe were there for dinner without reservation. One of the waiters provided us with the only table available which was near the door and he said when some other table gets free he will change us to a better place. After ordering the food, when still waiting we started feeling a little uncomfortable because it was very cold everytime someone opened the entrance door near us. Meanwhile another friendly waitress saw that we were not comfortable and provided with a heat radiator. In a short time, we were surprised that the waiter remembered what he promised even when he was super busy and managed to find us another nice warm place. So, they were all super friendly. And about the food, we ordered Maihan Grillplatte (for two) which was super delicious. Was very filling and the grilled meat was tender and full of flavours. Definitely a...
