I really like the ramen at this place, the only thing that is not at all nice is the woman that picks up the phone, she is always stressed out and tells you in an unfriendly manner to order online that she has no time. After trying the online method it didn't work for me, so i always call wishing its the friendly guy who picks up the phone and not the unfriendly woman. Today i was not able to order thanks to her, she had too much too do to attend a customer. Thats how you lose customers.. i will keep trying but if i encounter this unacceptable behaviour towards a customer again. I wont go back or recommend it to anybody. As...

We have ordered the delivery and have waiting for 90 mins. While contacting the customer hotline and he said the food was on the way to us. After another 30 mins, it was still not arrival. Contacted Hotline again, he said our order was not placed at all. And he said if we were not happy, he would cancel our order and hung on the phone.

We have been waiting for 2 hours. MOMO Ramen can‘t just cancel our order and hang on the phone. THANKS David!...

Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht woher die ganzen schlechten Rezensionen kommen.

Habe hier trotz der Rezensionen zur Mittagszeit herum bestellt - und alles war pünktlich u. vollständig zubereitet.

Davon abgesehen war das Ramen auch überdurchschnittlich lecker, verglichen mit dem was ich bislang in Hamburg hatte. In anderen Städten/Ländern/Kontinenten hatte ich zwar "bessere" Ramen, aber das liegt in der Natur der Sache. Je nach geographischer Distanz zu Japan/Asien, oder evtl. einer verstärkten Community der Asiatischen Nationalität in einer Deutschen Stadt wird sich das Essen dort auch qualitativ hochwertiger ansiedeln/bzw. die Messlatte hochlegen. Das ist in Hamburg halt scheinbar schwach ausgeprägt, daher: Deal with it! Klar hatte ich z.B. in Taiwan bessere Ramen als bislang in Hamburg - ist das komisch? Ich glaube nicht!

Die Portion mag in der großen Papp-Box klein wirken, aber umgefüllt in eine normale "Haushalts"-Schüssel sieht man, dass alles in normaler Größe/Menge drinnen ist. Klar hätte ich mir auch noch paar Toppings von Haus ab extra gewünscht, aber ist ja alles online gut beschrieben was drinnen ist und was nicht drinnen ist. Noch dazu kann man -wenn man möchte- Extras zusätzlich auswählen.

Fazit: Bei dem Preis (gerechtfertigt oder nicht) ist es keine Mahlzeit die ich mir täglich 3x hole, aber es ist definitiv eine Ramen die ich mir öfter...
