Park Café Planten un Blomen — Restaurant in Hamburg

Food is alright, however what a terrible customer service, we find a table to sit down and ask for a menu, one of your male staff just point me to the front door and say 'there' and don't even look. We pick up the menu from the table and went to the bar try to order, the other staff point me outside against and said there. Feel like you need to name your cafe 'there' cause this is the only word ur staff said. I was pretty upset as I am not clear if this is a table service or self service... anyway I think after a while or looking confuse. Finally, one of your lady staff come to our table to take a order (she act like a proper waitress). At least you have one nice staff, but as a cafe I feel been treated this way is not fair and for this reason it deserve...

The food was very regular. But the most embarance moment was that the waiter suddenly take my dish which was not finished even in half and ask if he should pack it for take away. Because without any earlier announcement said that they are just closing. It was 4 pm. And finally after some waiting he didnt get me any food back. His answer was sorry, we forgot. And they just wasted my dish!! Which i planned to finish later. It was so unpolite just to take the dish without asking if i'm ready with that. I stay very unhappy with the service today and wasted money, because my food just left...

Greatly located with lots of potential. The food and drinks we had were wheming. Not overwhelming but also not underwhelming. The prices are too high for what they delivered in my opinion. I also think that opening up a second line for sunny days could help with the customer flow since it can get pretty busy and nobody wants to wait 20+ minutes to order. Maybe one for drinks only and one for drinks & food? The service was chaotic but friendly. I wouldn’t come back for the food, but maybe for another...
