The primary problem with the course (Fish cooking class with Andreas) is that one didnt really learn very much because so many people were given the task to cook different things simultaneously also different types of fish with different ways to fillet them. Then people were tasked with making vegetables, mash, desert etc. it was basically very chaotic.
