Today we decided to eat at Zwick and watch the HSV match. The place has a great Rock ‘n Roll atmosphere with loads of memorabilia everywhere to look at. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was pretty good. The portions are also bigger than expected. The potato omelette was done to perfection. The XXL burger is exactly that (although personally i feel a burger needs to be edible by hand and not for and knife) the fries were perfect.

One of my favourite bars! Love the interior, the music, variety of drinks and the food is nice. Yesterday was the first time that we went and it was empty, with no live music, but it was fine, I kinda liked it that way too! When there is live music, it’s very good, the band is awesome and people just dance! Service can be better, but I’ve met worse. Probably depends if the night is busy i guess. This is an epic place to visit! Highly recommend!

A paradise for people who like rock and roll. The walls of Zwick are a real exhibition of the world's biggest Electric Basses collection. You can have a cold beer sitting by the side of a 1955 Fender Bass that belonged to Sting or even to 60's Hofner basses used by Paul McCartney. Beer and food prices are super ok for a bar located in the most touristic Hamburg area. Women's toilet is super stylish and rock n roll also. Simply love it!

Nice atmosphere but I called the waiter in order to ask something to eat but she said that the kitchen was closed, even though they were still bringing food to othe customer. Then we ordered beers and they brought us two beers that were not the one of our choice. One of them was Sol (not even Corona?!) And another one was supposed to be german but tasted like lemon soap! I paid and runned away to Maredo where I had a GREAT dinner!

Das ZWICK ist eine Institution... das, was das Hard Rock Café als Kette weltweit simuliert, wird hier seit 1950 gelebt: ein echtes Rock Café. Die Preise sind OK (Tipp: trinkt einen leckeren "Zwick Sour" für 1,50€ oder - für die Super-Sparfüchse - , nehmt besser gleich einen Doppelten für 2€), das Ambiente stimmig (eine Mischung aus englischem Pub, musikalischer Devotionalien-Sammlung und Sport-Kneipe), und die Stimmung bei der Mannschaft ist klasse. Burger & Co sind empfehlenswert. Die riesigen BIldschirme zeigen ggf. die aktuelle Fußball-Partie (zum Glück ohne Ton), und als Untermalung gibt es klasse Rock-Tracks in einer Lautstärke, dass man sich noch gut unterhalten kann - perfekt. Freitags und Samstags wird hier regelmäßig Live-Musik angeboten. Wir waren allerdings das letzte Mal zu Corona-Pandemie-Zeiten an einem Sonntagabend (traditionell der schlechteste Tag), und das bei echtem "Hamburger Schietwetter" mit Starkregen und Hagel... am Ende waren wir die einzigen Gäste, wurden trotzdem supernett und aufmerksam bedient. Uns hat es trotzdem super gefallen, wir kamen uns vor wie die Könige :-) Danke dafür! Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.
