I was in their franchise store in Berlin so I have to try this one in Hamburg. I had the regular chicken without anything additional.

I would say the bread was okay, the fillings are only enough and could be more in my opinion but I find it a bit dry because there is very few sauce they put there.

I feel really really annoyed when buying bread here. Firstly, the payment method is limited and inconvenient for customers. Secondly, you put the price next to the side dishes to omit the side dishes for your marketing purpose, causing confusion when customers have absolutely no time to read and are in a hurry. We had vegan bánh mì at this place and we found them very tasty. It's nearly authentic to the original from Vietnam. Of course, you can't expect to have this sandwich as authentic as in Vietnam due to multiple factors (another flour type, climate condition, different veggies etc.) and that's fine.
