Very rude staff - apparently there is a maximum of 2 hours per reservation per table. We had received the confirmation for a table of 6 people from 6 pm to 8 pm on a Saturday. At 7.45 pm one of the waitresses came to our table to inform us that our time had run out and that we had to leave the restaurant (it seems they had a different time-slot in their system). In a very rude tone she informed us that we had to pay the bill and no more orders could be made as the 15 mins we had left was not enough for dessert. Only in the area where we were seated there were 2 tables of 4 COMPLETELY EMPTY, yet we were kicked out of the restaurant. Friendly service and good Tapas (compared to other Tapas places in Hamburg). We had a dozen different dishes and enjoyed them all. Small but good selection of wines (all the reds are dry), and the long drinks we had were competently made and thoughtfully garnished. Interior is roomy, decoration sparse and forgettable, with no special atmosphere. The restaurant is 2 steps below ground level which meant most of our phones had no connection, important if your forgetful late friend is trying to contact you because the got the wrong address ;) All in all an enjoyable, solid Tapas experience.

WOW!!!

Eine wunderbare Erfahrung mitten in Hamburg. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie in Spanien. Das Essen ist perfekt. Die Bedienung ist außerordentlich freundlich und herzlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Ich bin selbst (halber) Spanier und viel in Spanien unterwegs und glaube gut beurteilen zu können, dass diese Tapas wirklich hervorragend schmecken. Alles erscheint frisch und selbst zubereitet, ich habe keine Spuren von "Convenience" (Fertigprodukten) entdeckt.

Die Preise sind der Qualität angemessen. Ich finde hier geht es um gute Produkte in einem tollen Ambiente, da bezahle ich auch entsprechende Preise. Dennoch finde ich die Preis nicht überzogen sondern sehr fair.

Ein paar Details zu den verzehrten Speisen: Chipirones fritos (frittierte Tintenfische): frisch frittiert, kross aber nicht trocken. Genau richtig gesalzen. Und vor allem nicht vor Fett triefend. Calamares a la romana (Tintenfischringe): was für eine Panade, wirklich tolle Würzung. Die dazu gereichte Sauce passte perfekt. Chorizo frito: toll, kross, nicht zu trocken, herzhaft und lecker. Tortilla Española: wie sie mein Papa immer zubereitet. Saftig, aber nicht matschig, lecker gewürzt und vor allem frisch. Datteln im Speckmantel: einfach nur ein Traum, sehr heiß und auch hier wieder nicht zu fettig. Das haben wir leider schon anders erlebt. Ziegenkäse mit Honig: oh wow! Mit dem Apfel und dem Honig ein Traum. Albondigas en salsa tomate (Hackbällchen): saftig, gut gewürzt, einfache und sehr schmackhafte Tomatensauce. Eine wirklich runde Sache.

Zum Nachtisch hatten wir noch eine Crema Catalana, ebenfalls wenig überraschend ebenfalls selbst gemacht und mit perfekter Konsistenz und Geschmack. Dazu zwei Cortados und schon istr man zufrieden.
