What a coincidence! Stumbled upon this joint on the way to my hotel. This is such a hidden gem for German ramen heads. I immediately asked the waitress for their favorite dish on the menu which turned out to be the Miso Ramen. And maaaaaan I was in for a treat. The broth was top notch... probably simmered for many hours. Deep and complex flavors without overpowering the ingredients of the bowl and a slight creaminess that was second to none
In terms of the noodles I wish they would have a little more bite and unfortunately there was no option to go for thicker ones or even Udon. Oh and please cut the Ajitama in half. Don't hide that it was cooked to perfection.

Read morePossibly because we were a big group, and they wanted to serve us at the same time, but the ramen was kind of warm instead of the hot that it should be. Interestingly small amount of broth too, but fine that’s a personal restaurant choice.
Ume-shu sour was advertised as a can of horoyoi, but was actually made live and they were a bit aggressive on the soda (very weak long drink).
That said, I’m still giving 4 stars because the food was good, the service was fast and friendly, they accommodated a large group even though they had a special event less than an hour later, and the gyūdon was absolutely perfect! Definitely go...
