I was looking forward to visiting this place. But I was disappointed. Maybe I ordered the wrong dish (Schfinfin), but I had to leave two thirds of it on the plate. Lamb was not available, they said, because of supply problems (though around the corner at Poseidon and Löwenkeller they still offer lamb dishes). Ten minutes after my order two of the servers came out to confirm my order, so apparently it hadn't even been taken at that point (the place was not busy, it was less than half occupied). So the dish came with beef, and enough of it was gristly rather than tender that I didn't want more than a third of the dish. They also wanted 25 Euro for a bottle of Adam Müller Spätlese. I sat at this place by chance and ordered a mango beer & vegetarian samosas. I just wanted to pass time while waiting for a friend, but the place made me so happy! The lady who served me was very nice and the service was quite fast. I enjoyed my my mango beer and the samosas a lot too, for 7.50 in total. The location is very nice too and it's really fun to sit outside and watch bikers pass by. I will try their food as soon as I can! Update: I have now tried many of their vegetarian& vegan meals. This actually became one of my favorite spots. The food is great, service is fast, everyone is very nice....

If you've never had Ethiopian/ Eritrean food, you will love the warmth of the owner and the delightfully colored food, with the option to eat with hand or using cutlery, surrounded by over the top "African" decor.

If you've had prior experiences with this cuisine, you might be disappointed. It was rather underwhelming to get food lacking the wholesome and hearty essence of what the cuisine stands for.
