Dunkin' Donuts — Restaurant in Heidelberg

If you value your life ..dont go here ..first off they have no selection ..have posters up with all the food ..but had none of it ..settled for bacon, egg and cheese bagel cause that's all they had ..there grill didnt work ..dont have a microwave, but they served the bacon raw on the sandwich ..didnt have cheese..tried to pass cream cheese for cheese..then wouldnt give me my money back asking me what's wrong with my sandwich ...bacon cannot be eaten raw ..# 1 the egg is frozen cold #2 ..you didnt have cheese ..then when I refused the meal and wanted money back I had to call their manager ..which wasnt there ..the coffee was the worst I threw it out .. no creamer no milk out ..I'm from the states..Germany DnD should be closed down ..they need to sell flying carpets instead..or shoes, anything else ..with German standards I dont know how this place is...

Food was great - idk if the KitKat donuts are in the US or not, but it was great. The hot chocolate was a little bland (closer to vaguely chocolate-flavored milk) but the whipped cream helped. Was also convenient cause it A) was close to our train's platform and B) had signs in English. Also it was familiar since I'm American and I didn't expect to see an American coffee shop in Germany, but that made it a little easier since I already knew how DD worked (also I noticed that, unlike the DDs in the US, it still had "Donuts" in the sign even though it changed to just Dunkin)

I should note that the Dunkin doesn't have WiFi, but the coffee shop next door has free WiFi with no sign-in...

The location is quite convenient since it’s inside the train station, and it offers a wide selection. The workers are always very friendly. While the store itself is narrow and small, there are seating options available at the back.

As for the donuts, today the glazed donut was disappointing—it had only a thin coat of glaze that didn’t even cover the top half, making it feel like I was just eating a plain donut. This isn’t a common issue, but it did happen today.

On a brighter note, the special donuts, like the Kinder donut, stand out. The dough is airy and has a unique flavor. Visually, all the donuts are beautifully presented and look incredibly...
