The taste is middle, the prices are so high, maybe in the majority of Heidelberg so high prices, I don't know exactly. In other German cities even in Berlin, Paris (capitals of France and Germany) there a lot of places where you can eat much more tasty interesting food for 15 euro in cafes, so I can eat not only two or three baked potatoes without sauce but also piece of meat or sausage or salad approximately per 10 euro for dish. Potato tastes normal but per 10 euro it's too much for such portion. Beer is tasty but I tasted more tasty beer in Germany so there is a direction for development. Ice cream is tasty. I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant during my visit to Heidelberg, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with traditional. The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was flavorful, well-executed and absolutely delicious. A special mention to our server, who went above and beyond to make our experience even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the beer selection and helped us choose the perfect brew to complement our meal. The service and location closer to the river was quite enjoyable but the food was one of the worst. We ordered Schnitzel and Heidelberger Chicken. Both tasted like cardboards, no amount of sauce and burnt potatoes salvaged the food. It's not uneatable but just so bland.
