La Tapería Olé Olé Campbell — Restaurant in Heidelberg

I arranged a dinner with friends. We had the following experience. There is no menu for children. The offered patatoe dish. I asked the causes to be separated. The potatoes were covered with chili powder! The tomato souse was chilly too. How come such meal be offered to a toddler? That's totally inappropriate! My child ate few slices of baguette with some mayo sauce. I ordered one of portion paella. Same dish was ordered by a friend of mine. They delivered one dish to my friend. My order was not delivered. After I waited an hour I asked about my paella. I was explained that they have prepared the two same paellas in one pot. It was delivered to my friend who almost ate it while I was hungry the whole evening. The waitress explained that it will take time if they prepare a new paella for me. So I pyed paella that I did not eat, but just tasted from already empty plate of my friend. I left the restaurant hungry and payed a food that was not delivered to me. The food in the plates of my friends looked ok, but the only thing I ate was slice of baguette and few of the chilly potatoes delivered to my child. Strange concept! Strange...

Such a nice restaurant, it's clean and comfortable. I loved the food, paella, tapas, warm bread together with a nice cold caña from daft. I recommend the gambas, the calamaris, patatas bravas. Ich habe hier heute zum ersten Mal mit einem Freund gegessen. Da wir in der Taperia Ole Ole in der Südstadt Stammgast sind waren die Erwartungen entsprechend hoch. Der Service war sehr nett und bemüht - leider waren wir vom Essen, sowohl geschmacklich, mengenmäßig und auch preislich enttäuscht. Wir haben Paela bestellt, woraufhin der Servicemitarbeiter uns empfohlen hat eine große Paela für 2 Personen zu bestellen, was wir dann auch getan haben. Dazu hatten wir noch ein eine Cola Zero und ein bitter Lemon. Als die Portion kam, waren wir sehr überrascht, da es mengenmäßig auch gut die Paela für eine Person hätte sein können. Leider war diese nicht nur klein, sondern auch nicht fein und wirklich kaum gewürzt und dementsprechend etwas fad.

Als wir dann die Rechnung in Höhe von 54€ bekommen haben waren wir uns einig, dass dies unser letzter Besuch in der Taperia Ole Ole im Campbell...
