Wiener Cafe Ahlbeck — Restaurant in Heringsdorf

I was mocked by the unfriendly staff just because I asked for soya milk (and furthermore for any other plant based milk) with their coffee range and whether they would serve any vegan cakes - which they do not, as I was told. They claimed not to be "vegan specialists" and that it would not be economically viable in the area anyway to serve vegans.

A couple of minutes later I had to overhear a staff conversation that "Stollen would not be tasty without butter anyway" - expressed with a volume level that made sure I could still hear it.

Poor attitude for 2017 (almost 2018) in my opinion.

Probably a good place if you are what they might consider a "normal" customer and if you fancy a fake smile - but I wouldn't know that.

Große Frechheit! Kundschaft hatte sich einen Tisch um 16Uhr reserviert und 45min(!) eher wollten mein Mann und ich uns am reservierten Tisch hinsetzen und bekamen die Bestätigung von der Bedienung, dass es in Ordnung wäre solange wir um 16Uhr fertig sein würden. Das wäre für uns in Ordnung so gewesen! Paar Minuten später kam die Kundschaft, fast 45min eher als reserviert, und nach dem Hinweis der Bedienung mussten wir den Tisch verlassen. Eine Frechheit. So geht man mit Kunden nicht um. Mein Mann und ich haben uns wie zweite Klasse gefühlt. Hierher werden wir auf keinen Fall...

Do wejścia zachęciła nas obiecująca nazwa cukierni oraz piękna ceramiczna elewacja willi, w której się mieści. Wewnątrz i w ogródku wszystko piękne, zadbane i dopieszczone. Przemiła obsługa zachęcała nas do wyboru słodkości z bogatej kolekcji tortów dobrze widocznych w przestronnej witrynie przy ladzie. Ciasta były tam starannie opisane z czytelnymi nazwami i ceną. Podanie nastąpiło szybko, sprawnie i elegancko. Kelnerka doglądała i troskliwie dopytywała czy niczego nie brakuje. Porcje ciast były spore, nawet bardzo. Wszystko smaczne, a kawa...
