The place is not very clean and service is really poor. Seems like there are two people working there (husband and wife?), but most of time there is one single person accepting the order, getting the money, preparing the food, all without washing hands or wearing gloves. Communication is rude - the person accepting the order does not answer questions and expresses irritation instead. Portion size varies from time to time. Sometimes they say they do have smaller portion of noodles, but other times they say there is a single large portion only. So ein schlechten Service habe ich noch nie gehabt. Das Essen hat nach Urinstein gerochen und hat gefühlt auch danach geschmeckt. Das haben 5 Leute in meinem Betrieb bestätigt. Ich kam deswegen mit dem Essen zurück. Der Koch war hochnäsig und uneinsichtig, dabei sehr unhöflich und hat mich als Lügnerin bezeichnet, weil er der Meinung war, dass sein Essen immer gut schmeckt. Das Essen habe ich mehrmals bestellt, weil es mir auch mal gut geschmeckt hat. Als ob ich Lust habe den ganzen Weg mit dem Essen in meiner Arbeitszeit zu gehen und mich Beschwerden. Den Weg habe ich auf mich genommen in der Hoffnung, dass wir gemeinsam eine Lösung finden. Die Reaktion war sehr bedauerlich und unerwartet. Ich erwarte zumindest eine Entscheidung oder ein kompetentes Verhalten von einem Menschen der im Bereich Kundenservice arbeitet. Ein Tag danach konnte ich nicht zur Arbeit, weil ich ganz doll Bauchschmerzen hatte. Eine negative Google Bewertung habe ich noch nie gemacht, die ganze Situation hat mich aber dazu gezwungen.
