Visited on a Friday evening very tired and hungry... Place was buzzing, found a place at the bar which I don't mind as I was alone. Friendly staff taking my drink order immediately. Clean, nice ambience, good music, but the place was very crowded and a little loud.

Ordered a pizza:

As always pizza was gigantic (I would prefer the plate to match the size of the food so it does not have to touch the paper placeholder and I can cut, manipulate and eat it of the plate)

Pizza arrived luke warm cheese was not even melted anymore , the "crust" was none existing. No leopard spots in fact no colour at all. Doe did not even raise, no air bubble, no char, bottom of the pizza soggy and undercooked.

I was too hungry and tired to send the order back and wait for a new pizza so I decided to consumed most of it.

I wonder why and how a pizza that is obviously not ready could leave the prep area or why a waiter would pick it up and serve it, with no one checking it or stopping it...

What was supposed to be the end of a long week and the beginning of the weekend with what could easily have been a delightful dinner, turned out to be a disappointment.

All that was needed were 1-2 more minutes in the oven and someone doing a final check...

Good thing is that this can easily be fixed :)

Understaffed on a Monday night , resulting in wait times to order or getting a refill.

Food was average,pasta portion were medium at best (rigatoni Gorgonzola grand padano) and not very generous with the cheese.

Pizza is gigantic (too much for one if you ask me) with appetizers enough for 2.

Menü covered in plastic and unfortunately felt greasy.

Wish they would have cleaned them or got rid of them altogether and used a QR code for an online menu or paper placeholders with a printed menu....

KEINE EMPFELUNG!!!

Der dritte und letzte Besuch! Wir waren mit Freunden da inkl. drei kleinen Kindern und hatten einen Tisch extra draußen reserviert. Pünktlich um 18 Uhr waren wir da. Es waren draußen auch drei Tische für mindestens 6 Personen frei, doch leider wurde uns beim Eintreffen mitgeteilt, dass draußen alles reserviert sei und unser reservierter Tisch drinnen sei. Das Argument wir hätten aber telefonisch extra für draußen reserviert, wollte der „freundliche“ Herr am Eingang nicht hören und auch nicht akzeptieren. Eine Kollegin hätte dann eine falsche Aussage am Telefon getroffen, er würde die Reservierungen und die Tischeinteilungen machen. Wenn er uns nun draußen einen Tisch geben würde, dann müssten andere Gäste (die noch gar nicht da waren) drinnen sitzen und die hätten schließlich auch draußen reserviert. Es war Sonntagabend und weil es draußen eh schon sehr warm war, waren im Lokal um die 40 Grad. Tut mir leid, aber wenn ich reserviere und es so bestätigt bekomme, dann muss man sich drauf verlassen können. Und drei kleine Kinder bei 40 Grad drinnen zu platzieren, obwohl draußen noch mindesten drei Tische frei waren und die anderen Gäste nich gar nicht da waren, ist ein No-Go!!! Hätten die Kinder nicht so einen Hunger gehabt, wären wir wieder gegangen. Als die Bedienung kam, wurden wir außerdem direkt drauf hingewiesen, dass die Pizzen an diesem Tag ca. 60 min dauern würden, weil viel los sei. Mit Kindern eine große Freunde.... Wir werden jedenfalls zukünftig einen großen Bogen um dieses Lokal machen und alle Bekannten und Arbeitskollegen erzählen wie unfreundlich und unverschämt mit Gästen mit kleinen Kindern umgegangen wird.

Zweiter Besuch: Die Location ist wirklich sehr schön und wir haben ohne Wartezeit sofort eine Tisch bekommen, was sehr positiv war. Aber das Essen war leider sehr schwach. Die Pizzen sind zwar riesengroße, aber es ist fast unmöglich diese gescheit auf dem Teller zu essen, da die Hälfte über den Tellerrand hängt. Die Pizzasauce oder das Tomatenmark auf der Pizza war leider total versalzen, so dass wir nicht mal die Hälfte gegessen haben/essen konnten. Beim Salat konnte man anstatt Putenbrust auch Garnelen dazu nehmen. Ich habe nicht zehn Garnelen erwartet, aber 4 kleine zähe Scampi fand ich dann doch etwas schwach. Hatte ein bisschen was von einer anderen ital. Restaurantkette...vap...Das dazu gereichte Brot war sehr lecker und das eigentlich Beste am ganzen Essen. Die Bolognese habe ich woanders auch schon mal besser gegessen. Alles in Allem werden wir wohl vorerst wieder woanders hingehen....

Erster Besuch: Große...

I used to love this place very much. But lately the service has become really very bad. Twice my husband and I have already faced problems in the service, but yesterday was the last straw and I am writing a bad review. My child was celebrating her birthday in this pizzeria, I booked a table marked "birthday" and once again reminded one of the waiters about it on the day of the event. As a result, my daughter is very upset: at first they waited 30 minutes for me to come up to them and take the order (it was a group of teenagers), then they mixed up the pizzas and brought a completely different order, and eventually forgot about the birthday and did not congratulate my daughter. This is very unpleasant and the service was really very bad. I recommend thinking carefully before planning any kind of celebration at...
