Tucked away in a neighborhood this charming restaurant offers fresh food and friendly service. The outdoor seating area in front of the restaurant makes you forget that you’re in the middle of a neighborhood. The indoor seating area looks cozy and inviting. The veggie wrap and salad was very fresh and delicious. The pizza had a nice crust and flavorful toppings. The food came out very quickly. I wouldn’t go for the wine. I tried a white and a red, the white was okay, but the red blend wasn’t great. The cocktails looked good and the draft beer...

Worst restaurant experience. We waited for 1.5 hours for our order and it was not even delivered. We ordered just 2 pizzas. We had to leave the restaurant without having food. The waitress kept saying just 5-10 min after 1 hours of waiting. And finally after 1.5, they told us we have make new dough so it will take more time. We had no option but to leave the restaurant without having food. It was worst restaurant experience ever. It ruined our mood and our appetite. I would never recommend this...

Das Glockencafe ist eine der wenigen "Institutionen" in KL, die auch heute noch "funktionieren. Früher viel von Studenten besucht kommen heute meist die Leute, die früher eben hier studiert haben (oder sonstwie hier sozialisiert wurden). Es ist eine gelungene Mischung aus Kneipe und Restaurant - eine Kneipe, in der man (oft erstaunlich gut) essen kann, oder eben ein Restaurant, in dem man nach dem Essen auch noch gemütlich weiter sitzen kann, ohne das Gefühl haben zu müssen, hinausgekehrt zu werden. Es gibt einen Nichtraucher- und einen Raucherbereich und im Sommer einen gemütlichen kleinen Biergarten. Die Preise sind fair, ab und zu gibt es Livemusik und seit dem Betreiberwechsel gibt es immer mal wieder tages- oder wochenaktuelle "Spezial"-Gerichte, die auch gerne mal richtig...
