Excellent food to include some of the best sushi as far as fish, rice and presentation. Particularly love the curry shrimp fried rice. The main problem is the staff. On more than one occasion I’ve had to place my order twice after waiting 15 to 20 minutes after placing my first order, only to have another member of staff look at me and asked if I need to order, and after explaining and I already did order, they requested I order again and then wait another 15 minutes. The worst part is the snide, rude attitude. I use my translation app to ask for the amount owed and try to pronounce it as well only to be laughed at and after numerous tries the members will then speak English and then turn away to speak his native language and laugh with the rest of the staff. My overall experience was very satisfactory. The food was great. I had the crispy duck - Szechuan style. The food was served in a relatively acceptable time. The homemade lemonades were great as well. The service was not too bad, but I did have to ask for them to come over to the table for anything I needed. However, I have accepted the fact that customer service is not a forte in Germany. I would come in here for a nice, quick lunch or dinner. I would, however go to another place for a better ambience.
