What a disastrous service experience.

Starting with a snarling comment, because we had the audacity to take our beers from the bar to the restaurant.... INSIDE THE SAME HOTEL and one next to the other.

Service was incredibly slow, even though the place was not even 25% occupied...

Also I NEVER saw any place in the world that CHARGES 2€ for each change to your order, e.g. if you want a different sauce 2€, fries instead of potatoes? Another 2€!!!! You can see that in the picture of the menu I took.

The food was really sub-standard, and certainly in no relation to the prices that are asked for.

Just to top the evening off, the waitress was not able to swipe a credit card and when I pointed out the magnetic stripe was on the other side, the waitress told me to swipe it myself since I know everything better🤦🏼

Overall a very bad, well overpriced, experience and I will definitely avoid this restaurant in the future, even though I would use the hotel again.

I am in KL on business trips on a semi regular basis and will certainly recommend my colleagues and clients to find another...

Wir waren gestern enttäuscht, haben vielleicht auch einfach das „Falsche“bestellt, werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal hingehen um etwas Anderes zu probieren. Zuerst wollte ich in alter Tradition des 1A:-)die Bandnudeln mit Scampis bestellen die ja auch etwas abgewandelt wurden und laut Karte für mich sehr lecker klingen. Meine Mutter und ich haben uns dann Beide für die Ravioli gefüllt mit Hummer u.Jakobsmuschel entschieden.(die genaue Formulierung auf der Karte weiß ich nicht mehr genau) Die Füllung war so dünn,kaum sichtbar,so dass man nichts heraus geschmeckt hat.Zudem schwammen die Nudeln in einer Sauce die v.a. an Masse alles überdeckt hat und für meinen Geschmack auch zu würzig bzw salzig war. Bei 1oder 2Ravioli konnte ich einmal die etwas dickere Füllung heraus schmecken,allerdings nur durch das zur Seite kratzen der Sauce. Die Füllung war gar nicht schlecht.Etwas um die 18Euro! Preis Leistung daher Note 6 Das Rumpsteak meines Freundes war dafür sehr gut. Die Tomatensuppe als Vorspeise war auch nicht so dolle .....wenig bis kaum tomatiger Geschmack. Danach haben wir noch 2alkoholfreie Hugos probiert,die waren o.k. Es war voll,daher macht es mir nichts aus wenn mal etwas vergessen wird bzw länger dauert wie z.b die Cocktails,das Eis auf die Hand danach oder die Rechnung.Andere würde das vermutlich ärgern. Hatte daher aber auch Hemmungen bei dem Stress mich persönlich zu äußern. Man kann für diese Preise in Kaiserslautern allerdings besseres...

Solid restaurant. Food was good and they have a pretty good selection.
